Delete your account

Menu Hunter · account & data deletion

You can delete your Menu Hunter account and personal data here, without installing the app. Enter the email address on the account and we will send you a confirmation link.

This is permanent. Deletion cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

What gets deleted

  • Your email address, display name, phone number, city and avatar.
  • Your reviews, ratings and favourites.
  • Menu photos you submitted that were never published.
  • Your name, phone number and delivery address on all of your past orders.
  • Any order still in progress is cancelled.

What stays

  • Menu photos of yours that were already published stay in the public catalog, but are no longer linked to you or to anything identifying you. They are menu information about a restaurant that other people rely on.
  • Restaurants keep the non-identifying totals of completed orders, which they need for their own sales records.

Request deletion

We will email a confirmation link to this address. Nothing is deleted until you click it. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Prefer to do it in the app? Open Menu Hunter and go to Profile → Delete account. If you cannot access your email, contact privacy@menu-hunter.com.
